i.MX 8M Plus DDR stress test without USB OTG

I want to execute the DDR stress test via JTAG or u-boot.
The target SoC is i.MX8MPlus.
If you look at this page, it only describes the method using USB OTG.

Can I do the DDR stress test with JTAG or u-boot for 8MP?
