Hi, I've been tasked with analyzing feasibility of the following use case:
Application core displays graphics, goes into low power state, M4 core picks up rendering for low intensity graphics, sort of Always On Display known from phones and wearable, or battery saver mode.
I've done some basic research in that topic, but I honestly can't find anything conclusive here.

So I've got some questions:

Is it possible for the M4 core to access the G2D engine?

If it is possible is there some kind of arbitration if all of sudden all of the cores would like to use the G2D, or is it necessary to synchronize it in other fashion?

Is there some kind of layering manager available, or is it necessary to use some kind of shared double buffered frame buffer.
