how to accelerate object detection algorithm based opencv in imx6q

My board is imx6q, I have transplant opencv in it,and run a object detection  algorithm,but the running rate is so slow that camera can't catch anying,

1. how I can accelerate objectdetection algorithm in imx6q ?

2. I find imx6q have gpu_vivance module, can I use it accelerate objectdetection algorithm in imx6q ?

在imx6q上跑opencv自带的目标检测（行人检测）算法程序(c++版)实在是太卡了，几乎是30秒一帧画面，想在摄像头或视频中做行人检测，不得不做加速，请教有人做过这方面的测试吗？
