abdout android resource cut out

i want to cut out some useless android resource,such as calendar.apk，clock etc,

while i delete there apk in build\target\product\core.mk generic.mk ,but i found there should delete apk is still exist。

question1:whitch file decide the apk whether had been compiler into android system?
