Weston failing to restore screen properly after being put on standby on imx8mq/mm

Hi,

We have noticed that the 4.14.78 and 4.14.98 BSP release from NXP for the imx8mq/mm applies a patch to set the idle-time to 0 in Weston. This patch effectively stops Weston from ever putting the screen on standby.

When changing this timeout to a positive value, to enable screen standby after a set timeout, we experience that the screen either never wakes up, or wakes up with an offset image wrapping around horizontally and with mixed up colors.

Is screen standby in Weston not supposed by the BSP release from NXP?

Sorry this marked as a bug, since screen standby is not supported by Weston yet, Hopefully we will integrated in next release.
