Hi all
Let me ask about VIL min spec of GPIO for i.MX6ULL.
I'm checking a Table 24 in following document.
https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/IMX6ULLIEC.pdf
According to the table, the Min of VIL is 0 V.
I think that the Min spec is stricter than general GPIO spec.
Do you have any reason that the spec is stricter than general spec ?
Furthermore, it was changed from 0 V to -0.3 V in the datasheet of i.MX7D.
Do you have any possibility that the spec of VIL for i.MX6ULL will be changed as same as i.MX7D ?

Hello,
There are no plans to modify the VIL parameter; instead, it had been described as Overshoot and undershoot conditions in the datasheet.
Regards,
Yuri.
Hello,
The table "Absolute Maximum Ratings" contains the following specs:
Input/Output Voltage Range Vin/Vout min = -0.5 V max= OVDD+0.3 V
(OVDD is the I/O supply voltage).
Have a great day,
Yuri

Hi Yuri Muhin
I'm talking about operating range.
We're concerning about whether any possibility that the spec of VIL for i.MX6ULL will be changed or not as it like i.MX7D.
Please check following tables.
One is IMX7DCEC Rev.D.
The other is IMX7DCEC Rev.5
The operating range was changed.
I know that almost of the IP for i.MX6ULL is same as i.MX7D.
As a result, I think it will be changed the spec of VIL for i.MX6ULL if the spec of i.MX7D was changed.
Do you have any possibility that the spec of VIL for i.MX6ULL will be changed as same as i.MX7D ?
