USB functionalities on imx8mm

Hi, 

There are 2 USB ports available on the iMX8MM board. One is used for power supply and the other one is to download the binary. I am trying to use one of them for both purposes. Can anyone please guide me? 

For information, I am using uuu for downloading the binary. 

None of them, I assume is controlled at the u-boot / Linux layer. Does it need any HW change?

Only the usb1 can use for the download mode.

I am planning to use only one USB for power supply, download and USB mount. I managed to achieve only 2 of them in one port. 

My plan is to remove the other USB port in my custom board.

Do not use that design, please follow our reference design.
