If fec1 is opened separately, fec1 can work; if fec2 is opened separately, fec2 can work.

The patch has no effect. The phy connected by fec1 can obtain the IP address, while the phy connected by fec2 cannot obtain the IP address. Set the IP manually, and ping the network prompts that the network is unavailable

Thank you. This problem has been solved. This patch can solve this problem on Android 11. The framework on Android 12 lacks some network related API interfaces
