Using linux-imx (5.4.3) and latest mmc-utils (which support MMC_IOC_MULTI_CMD) I cannot program a RPMB key:
mmc rpmb write-key /dev/mmcblk0rpmb rpmb-keyfile
RPMB operation failed, retcode 0x0001
(keyfile is a 32 byte key)
but I can read the counter
mmc rpmb read-counter /dev/mmcblk0rpmb
Counter value: 0x00000000
So questions are:
Is the key already programmed (I do not think so),
How can you tell one way or another?
Anybody have an iMX8MQ with functioning RPMB?
Any ideas?
