RAW12 support in imx6 MIPI driver

Is there any RAW12 with Bayer (BayerRG12) format support in imx6 MIPI driver ?

If not, any reference code or link to implement ?

Accordingly to chapter 9.2.1.1 "Camera Ports" of i.MX 6D/Q Processor Reference Manual i.MX6 supports up to 16 bits per component Raw (Bayer) image.

Unfortunately we have no sample implementation code for such driver.
