Programming WinCE in eMMC, i.MX53SMD

Using Mfg1.6.2.042 tools and selected <MX53 WinCE Update\SMD> profile I tried to reflash the MMC that has android for now.

But after MfgTool has finished without any error, I re-boot the board and it still runs u-boot, that means the mfg failed to erase/program eMMC.

First of all, WinCE has no idea of how to erase an Android media. My suggestion  would be to edit the ucl.xml file in the Android profile so that it quits after erasing the media. Then move to the WinCE profile and make sure you select the eMMC list in the ucl.xml file. It is typically not an easy thing to do to go between Linux/Android and WinCE. It is best to use seperate media for each OS if you have that option.
