Preferred DDR2 device list.

Hello:

I'm planning to make a customized i.MX285 board to run Linux, following the design of the evaluation board (i.MX28EVK).

The RAM memory chip on the evalution board is already not recommended for new designs.

Is there a preferred device list for the DDR2 memories? (It would be perfect if there were no need to change timings and settings in the software).
