Not working:ddcopy.exe for copying bootloader image to sd card on windows 8.1 64-bit

ddcopy.exe for copying bootloader image to sd-card is not working properly on windows 8.1 64-bit machine .It shows success status but when sd-card inserted and powered not booting.Same i tried on windows 7 it is working fine.Please help me for windows 8.1 64-bit machine.
