Whenever I do a Power-On-Reset, I am getting a message like this
RAM: 0x00000000-0x1ff00000, [0x00095bf8-0x1fed1000] available
FLASH: 0x00000000 - 0x80000000, 16384 blocks of 0x00020000 bytes each.

Issues I have..
1.RAM for i.MX51 is totally 512
So why total amount of RAM Is not used, even if there is a chance?
From above it can be seen that 64 MB of RAM is used and 64 MB left, why?
Flash:256 MB used...what is that 256 MB? [ 256 MB =16384 blocks of 16 KB each]
