Manufacturing Toolkit Android O8.1.0_1.3.0_8MQ GA can not run in WinXP

Hi All,

I was downloaded the Manufacturing Toolkit and VivanteVTK for Android O8.1.0_1.3.0_8MQ GA

i execute the MfgTool2.exe in WinXP.

It show the error message "It is not the Win32 program"

so, the mfg tools do not support the WinXP ?
