MIMXRT1052 burned down?

The chip on the debug Board EVK-MIMXRT1050 burned down after I left it enabled with the example (..\MCUXpressoIDE_10.2.0_759\workspace\evkbimxrt1050_igpio_led_output) running. I'm using the SDK version 2.4.0 package for EVKB-IMXRT1050 board! Has anyone had similar problems or I was so lucky?

Hi Alex,

I dont think it burned, but I will run the test.

You can ask for a replace in the Returns and Warranty Information|NXP
