LPSPI driver is not able to work with external flash on imrt1051CVL5B target board.

We are working on verifying the memory interfaces by using LPSPI3 on the imxrt1051 microcontroller.

We are using the LPSPI driver to communicate the flash and fram.

There are 3 memory interfaces connected on LPSPI3 (2 flash and FRAM).

We generated the LPSI driver from the configuration tool and We are able to read the vendor id/ Manufacturer id of all the Memory chips(MX25L6433F, FM25V02).

But we could not able to get the white enable status set even after send Write enable command to flash.

Did you ever check the SPI signal by using the logic analyzer or oscilloscope? If not, please give it a try and share the captured signal with me, as it can provide some clues.
