IMX8MQ, how to change the DDR data rate.

I attempt to change the DDR data rate ,I use IMX8MQ , I am a newer to this, only know a little about linux, how can I do it, can you help me? 

my ddr data rate is 3.2G/s, I get it by use the flow command:

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/null bs=1M count=1024

now, I want to slow it to 2600M/s, or some value else, how to change the uboot code, I don't know where to change.
