IMX6UL Rev 1.2 Version

 Hi,

   We are using IMX6UL processor (Both Consumer and Industrial grade) in our design and planning to procure further numbers for our subsequent builds.

   Can you please let us know what changes have been made to the recent revision (Rev 1.2), specified in the IMX6UL datasheet.Is any features been modified/added.

   Also can the latest revision be used as drop-in replacement with the previous revisions(Rev 1.1 or Rev 1.0) of the processors.

A. The Rev.1.2 i.MX6UL silicon just fixes the SNVS LP (backup battery domain) reset bug during power up / power down (Errata ERR010690). No other features have been added/modified.

Q. Can the latest revision be used as drop-in replacement with the previous revisions(Rev 1.1 or Rev 1.0) of the processors.

A. Yes.
