IMX6 surpport 4GB DDR3 reference BRD and length excel

We are designing IMX6 with surpport 4GB DDR3, I can find sch-27016 demo sch,

but no reference BRD and length excel, Anybody who can provide this file to me?

for brd file please create service request.

Unfortunately I am not aware of length file for this design.
