IMX6 - IPU Warning - IPU_INT_STAT_10 = 0x00080000

Hi

   I am seeing the following message during the boot:

imx-ipuv3 imx-ipuv3.0: IPU Warning - IPU_INT_STAT_10 = 0x00080000

  According to the reference manual for IMX6 this is releated to "display controller error channel 1" when the anti tearing effect is enabled.

  Do you have idea how I can fix this ? I am using Android

I will try.. but do you know ? it is odd.. I noticed this warning appears sometimes.. how come ?

also may be recommended to decrease bus loading (for example

reduce lcd fps or resolution) and avoid to use IPU IC.

I am using the following command line:

Kernel command line: console=ttymxc0,115200 init=/init video=mxcfb0:dev=lcd,Newhaven-LCD,if=RGB24,bpp=32 fbmem=28M fb0base=0x27b00000 vmalloc=400M androidboot.console=ttymxc0 androidboot.hardware=intrinsyc no_console_suspend=1 dmfc=3

however, the IPU warning happens sometimes only.

please try the 'dmfc=3' kernel boot-up command option. This would increase display FIFO size.
