[ I.MX8MQ] debug a Uboot binary using GDB on I.MX8MQ EVK

I am working on  customizing I.MX8MQ EVK by configuring  device trees with SPI and I2C peripherals. 

Can you inform me how to debug a uboot bootloader using GDB and logging a debug messages?
