How use mx53 vpu

I want to  develop an application(apk) which receives H264 bitstream from net and decodes the stream frame by frame. The platform is MX53 android.  Now I get a problem.

Does mx53 android support H264 decode?

if mx53 support this function,where can I download MX53 Android VPU API doc?
