How to record video when motion detect with gstreamer(motioncells)?

I'm trying to record video when motion detect with gstreamer(using motioncells). But I don't know what exactly I need to do. 

After read and try some option with motioncells element. It's so great but I don't know how to get output as a variable when motion detected. Example: when motion detected, camera is starting record. 

What should I do now ?

WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "motiondetect"
