How to pass stress test of the DDR tool for 8G SDRAM

Dear NXP,

HW platform : imx8mplus (8G SDRAM : MT53E2G32D4DT-046 WT:A)

There is a 8G SDRAM (MT53E2G32D4DT-046 WT:A) on my board .

Please refer the attached file (smarc_8G_2000Hz .xlsx). 

smarc_8G_A17_2000Hz.ds is created by Excel.

I use DDR tool to load the smarc_8G_A17_2000Hz.ds but the test result is fail .

Could you provide the setting to me ?

ddi you resolved the "Starting Kernel..." issue? I have the same problem and i suspect it is ddr related, Can you tell me how you managed to boot the kernel?

You must use the DDR tool to regenerate new DDR script for 8GB memory at first.

I use the mscale_ddr_tool _v3.30 tool to do srtess test . It is passed.  

I press the Gen code button and it generates a lpddr4_timing.c file . 

Integrate this file ,and build uboot image.The uboot to kernel of boot is failed. Please refer to the picture as follows:

Please help to solve this problem.
