I've built u-boot, dtb, zImage and rootfs using bitbake core-image-base. Then I wrote these images to emmc. But booting stopped after starting kernel. I attached the boot logs. How do I fix this case? Does anyone have any ideas?

According to your log, seems there are some pins conflict. Please check the IOMUX pins in your board device tree file.
