Usually the tolerance is given by the protocols you would be using. If you are using Ethernet, the recommended tolerance is usually +/- 50ppm and other protocols require less precision.
The i.MX8M Mini documentation does not seem to cover it, let me double check. I’ll let you know when I have more information.
