Gstreamer AACP Codecs

AACP is belong to special codec package, you can ask for local DFAE to get it.

this codec is AAC PLUS decoder, if you don't need this, you can in the ltib, not choose it, use the command "./ltib -c", then in the "Package list->Freescale Multimedia Plugins/Codecs->libfslaacpcodec"
