Facing difficulty in booting iMX 8M Quad EVK with demo .sdcard image

Hi,

I have downloaded the zip file named "L4.9.88_2.0.0_images_MX8MQ" from i.MX 8M Evaluation Kit|NXP. I am trying to boot  the iMX8M QuadEVK using demo images(). I used linux dd command "$ sudo dd if=<image name>.sdcard of=/dev/sdx bs=1M && sync" (given in the Reference Manual) to flash image to the SD card. I have configured all DIP switches as given in Manual. (With the same configuration I am able to boot Android from SD card).

Am I missing any steps to follows ?

Kindly help me to bringup the board

Hi Girija 

one can try with other sd card or using mfg tool, use script

mfgtool2-yocto-mx8-evk-sd2.vbs.
