ERROR: v4l2 capture: VIDIOC_QBUF:buffer already queued

Hi All,

We have a camera card based on ov5640 over mipi interface connected to our custom board with imx6 dualite. Streaming works fine. But sometimes the camera stops working. give below error 

ERROR: v4l2 capture: VIDIOC_QBUF: buffer already queued

if i again restart the camera application,it will work. 

would anyone please tell me how to debug this, and what error indicates  by VIDIOC_QBUF: buffer already queued from mxc_v4l2_capture.c

is it random issue? pls check if your hardware connection according to the nxp imx6dl board.
