      16bit,YCbCr/4:2:2 is a generic mode for i.mx6Q CSI. So it is no problem , Please use CSI0 port :

Does it surport the YUV422 16-bit discrete sync mode? Like data[0..7] is Y buffer, data[8...15] is UV buffer. And how to set the register.
