DDR Stress Test is not happening fully

Hi,

We have got wandboard quad reference board which is running fine and booting from SD card into Ubuntu. Now, for the testing purpose and validation we would like to run DDR stress test. when we are running DDR stress test, it is not completing fully and stucking at some point. Please find the attached command prompt output as well as initialization script that we are using for DDR3 in wandboard dual.

what could be the possible mistakes we are doing...

After the DDR stress test is stucking at some point i stopped the test and try to put sd card, now the board is not booting at all. what screwed the system. Now this working wand board also stopped working. how can i make this wand board again into working stage
