Change the type C port to USB 2.0 in iMX8M Mini

Hi NXP Team,

We are currently working on iMX8M Mini and our Hardware Team has changed the existing design of Type C USB debug port to USB Micro B port.

Kindly let us know the required changes in Kernel and UBoot so that the device can work as smoothly as with the EVK design.
