Can I do not supply power for PCIE-HDMI-SATA-USB if not use them?

HI,

If I don't use PCIE,SATA,HDMI,USB OF IMX6Q-IMX6 DUAL-SOLO etc,is it necessary to supply the power of their VCC-IN PIN? Can I NC these following PINS?
SATA_VP_VPH,,,HDMI_VP_VPH,,,PCIE_VP_VPH_VPTX,,,USB_VBUS.

What is more,If I don't use USB,Can I do not stuff 24MHZ CRYSTAL?

Hello,

  For PCIE,SATA & HDMI, if you don't use them, not necessary to supply them, so you can make corresponding resistors NC.

  But for USB, power is required, because USB OTG port will be used to download images into Flash/SD/eMMC on board.

   In addition, 24MHz crystal is working clock for CPU, so it must be used.

I find a description about PCIE on AN4397  SATA VP VPH to be ground if not in use,so si it to be ground or NC? what about PCIE-HDMI?
