Hi Joanxie,
I am using imx8M mini EVK and trying to bring up the M4 core from u-boot level. I have carefully followed the steps mentioned in the document "Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK i.MX 8M Devices". I have tried the bootaux command for DDR, TCM and flash, but no success. I tried to run the hello_world.bin from the demo_apps folder, as well as run the gpio sample from the folder path driver_examples\gpio\led_output. Neither am I getting anything on M4 console, nor getting any transition on GPIO pin. Could you please suggest what might be going wrong here?

Naman
you can download the sdk for imx8M, then refer to the document "Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK i.MX 8M Devices", focus on the chapter 6 "6 Running an application by U-Boot"
https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com/en/select
choose imx8M board and find SDK_2.5.0_EVK-MIMX8MQ
