Auto adjustment screen brightness with Ambient Light Sensor on i.MX8M Quad

I have a project that need to control the screen brightness with ALS. 

Is there any way I can refer to ?

Hi @Derek0902 

1.Enable sensor in dts and kernel driver

2.The AOSP HAL layer will read iio device node to get data.

3.You may need open some configurations to enable Auto adjustment  feature in AOSP, but we don't provide reference.

But my OS is Linux 6.1 not Android, how can I do that?

The current desktop environment(weston) can't support such feature.
