Would you tell me about an internal protection diode of GPIO pin (NANDF_CS1: C16)?

Does GPIO pin have an internal protection diode?

If it is Yes, Would you tell me the allowable maximum current?

yes there are internal protection diodes, max. current is not specified

by datasheet, in general not recommended to exceed 1mA.
