About T_RRD in i.MX7D DDR3 Controller Configuration Spreadsheet

Hello,

In order to perform DDR3 calibration from i.MX7d, I am checking the spreadsheet below.

MX7D_DDR3_register_programming_aid_v1_2.xlsx

I have a question about T_RRD on line 125 in the spreadsheet.

On cell F125 of sheet, "Program this to (tRRD/2) and round up to the next integer value.” is listed.

However, this seems different from the formula in cell D125.

=IF(ROUNDUP(((C125/C31)/2),0)<2, 2, ROUNDUP(((C125/C31)/2),0))

C31 is Clock Cycle Time, should T_RRD be divided by this?
