Regarding the APBH register, since it is booting with NOR FLASH in the customer system, is there no doubt that this register is not set?

APBH is used with nand as shown on Figure 14-1. AHB-to-APBH Bridge DMA Block Diagram

i.MX6DQ Reference Manual so ROM initializes it only for nand boot.
