Imx8qm, yocto version 2.3.1 kernel version 4.14.98, 4-channel 1080p video decoding delay;but yocto version 2.2.0 kernel version 5.10.72, 4-channel 1080p video decoding is normal.

The problem is no yocto itself, the video processing has a bug in previous bsp but is now fixed in 5.10.72 kernel, please use this one.
