Hi,

I'm using USB-KW41Z to capture BLE/802.15.4 packets but I'm unable to do so on Windows 10 Machine. I'm able to launch Kinetis Protocol Analyzer Adapter Software and start sniffing but Wireshark is not capturing any packets (Virtual PCAP IF is Ethernet 2). I have tried using the same device on Windows 8 machine and it works fine.

Has anybody faced this issue or is able to sniff and capture packets on Windows 10?

Thank you very much for any advice you can offer.

Hello,

Could you please try to disable the firewlal on your computer?

Sometimes the Windows Firewall blocks the packets from the PCAP interface.

Please let me know if this works for you,

Regards,

Estephania

An easier solution perhaps is to run WIreshark as an administrator.
