IW416 digital pin power requrements

I cannot find the current requirements for the VIO-SD and VIO-RF inputs on the IW416. Section 9.6 shows all of the other rails except these two. Appreciate any help

Actually , you can check it's reference design.

For example, RD-IW416-QFN-WIB3-2A-V2 design files.

VIO_SD pin can be 1.8V or 3.3V, which is determined by platform side.
