KW38/KW39 are not found in the series supported by elftosb 5.1.19. Which series does the KW38/KW39 BLE chip belong to?

Hi TIC,

Secure boot functions such as those described in document AN12283, not FLASH encryption functions.

TKS!

Hi,

KW should belong to kinetis. You can have a try.

Have a great day,

Hi,

Yes. It seems the kw is different from kinetis series. I am not sure if it will be added in the future.

Have a great day,
TIC

Hi TIC,

Our project requires secure boot. Does the kw38/kw39 series support secure boot? No relevant information can be found on the nxp official website.

Thank you every much!

Hi,

No. If you want to protect your flash from reading or erasing. You can configure 'Flash configuration'.
