BeyondStudio for NXP not program device?

My English is not good.Excuse me, My question is as follow:

A. BeyondStudio for NXP, the menu path Devices>Program Devices, Device>Read Device, Device>Device Info, Click on them did not respond.Screenshot below:

B. Follow the menu path Run>Run Configurations... The Run Configurations dialogue box will be displayed.In the left pane of the dialogue box, after click on Program NXP Devices, Will pop up the following dialog box:

Hi Xing,

Did you installed JN-SW-4141 or JN-SW-4040?

Could you please uninstall the SW, download and install again ?
