Hi,
please check "14.9.6 Secure memory" of the Vybrid Secure Reference Manual.
Generally secure memory is divided into pages and pages are assigned to partitions. Partitions could have CSP bit set. All pages assigned to the partition with CSP bit set are zeroized when security is violated (or when POR occured).

Rene

Hi Karina,
I searched the relevant sections in the VYBRIDSRM pdf, but could not find the information about the size of these modules. Can the NXP Vybrid team comment here?
Thanks,
Timesys Support
Zeroize memory: this memory is reset in the case there will be active one input anti-tamper.
fernandoalcaide did you get previous update?
Hi Fernando,
Can you clarify what you mean by the size of memory zeroize? Other than the SNVS registers at base address 0x400A_7000, I could not find any other information about the size of these modules in the VYBRIDSRM pdf. Can the NXP Vybrid team comment here with further information?
Thanks,
