MVF61NN151CMK10/NAND flash memory and SPI flash memory

I use MVF61NN151CMK10.

NAND flash memory and SPI flash memory wants to uses  MT29F4G08ABADAWP-IT:D and M25P128-VMF6TPB.

I think that will be no problem with this method.

Is this all right?

I have access to the SPI NOR memory but not the NAND memory datasheet.

I checked SPI NOR memory datasheet seems fine. I expect is possible to use this device but you would need to do some testing to confirm this 100%

Regarding the NAND memory I cannot comment since I don't have access to that memory.

Which device do you plan to use for system boot, the NAND or the SPI-NOR?
