Good DDR3 layout reference

I find some good DDR3 layout instruction, but have no .brd for real reference, could anyone provide it, if you have on hand, thx.

Hello,

It's looks like the new TWR-VF65GS10 Rev.H, you will probably find the .brd design file on the internal Freescale Community space. This thread talk about that.
