Using Timer to generate Clock and SI signal for line scan camera at certain frequency

Hi,

I am using FRDM-TFC board and want to interface it with line scan camera. I want to generate clock and Si signal for line scan camera from timer modules. After Initializing and setting the timer, how can I give this signal to CLK and SI input of line scan camera?
