Formula SAE Electric Vehicles USA 2013 winner is the Brazilian team from UNICAMP
This past Tuesday June 25th, 2013, the UNICAMP E-Racing compete against 19 teams and won the first place with a score of 985 points of a total of 1000.
The car used an electric motor of 120 V and a chassis that weighted 250 kg (551.2 lbs). That allows the car with a charging time of 2 hours to be driving for 25 km (15.5 miles) and race up to speeds of 170 km/h (105.6 mph).
