The closest bus stop to the Fraunhofer Institute is "Brückleingasse" on bus line 295 connecting to the Erlangen Train Station that is in turn connected to the S-Bahn (Commuter train) connecting with Downtown Nuremberg line S1. Transfer time is just short of 1hr (56min).
